Programs

The Clark County Equity Coalition offers a range of programs designed to support students, educators, and the broader community in building a more equitable and inclusive environment. Our initiatives, including Black & Hispanic Achievers, the Senior Interpreter Co-Op, and Proactive Mental Health Support, focus on uplifting student voices, increasing access, and promoting well-being. Through Professional Development for educators, Courageous Conversations, and P.A.U.S.E. Training, we create opportunities for learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue around equity and inclusion. Programs like Coalition to Connection help strengthen relationships across our community, ensuring that collaboration and understanding remain at the heart of our work. While some of these programs are ongoing and others are being reintroduced or expanded, each reflects our continued commitment to growth, connection, and lasting impact in Clark County.
